According to information reported by South Korea-based ETNews, the Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra could feature M16 OLED panels developed by Samsung Display.
If the report proves accurate, the move would mark Samsung’s MX division switching to a new OLED material generation in the Galaxy S series after roughly three years. The Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra are also reportedly expected to combine M16 OLED materials with Color Filter-on-Encapsulation (COE) technology and Samsung’s Privacy Display feature.
What is M16 OLED?
